Equipped with 7 adjustable duct connections in Ø125 mm or Ø80 mm, the Modulvent Smart can be quickly installed on all types of supports, including suspended ceilings, small utility rooms and attics. Its compact casing and patented removable motor plate make installation easier and simplify maintenance operations.
The ventilation system can be controlled in just a few clicks via the VMI+ app or with its optional remote control. Thanks to its various operating modes and its humidity, VOC and CO₂ sensors, the Modulvent Smart automatically adjusts its airflow to effectively combat humidity and indoor pollutants.

To improve comfort in the home during periods of high heat, the Modulvent Smart can be configured via the VMI+ app to activate night-time over-ventilation. The operating period, airflow and duration of the over-ventilation can be customised according to individual needs, helping to encourage air renewal during the night and contribute to cooling the home.
